Global Ops Agency Training (Module 1)
Course Description
The Global Ops agency requires that all of their potential candidates become certified by Sepulveda Inc. in various disciplines before being considered for employment. Training Module 1 is a 2-day block of instruction that will certify the student in the following disciplines:
OC (pepper spray- no contamination is required during this initial training)
Use of Force (NJ Attorney General Guidelines)
Expandable Baton
Search & Transport of Prisoners
Handcuffing Techniques
If the candidate is subsequently employed, they will need to go through the following training:
Training Module 2 (for hired employees) (this is a separate class)
OC exposure with Self-Defense Tactics
Firearms Training (handgun)
In regards to Training Module 1, any applicant that has gone through any type of law enforcement academy is exempt. For candidates that have gone through a police academy in another state, they would only need the Use of Force class, since it is NJ specific. However, any candidate that is subsequently employed by the Global Ops Agency needs to go through Training Module 2. (for applicants that have attended any type of police academy, they do not have to be exposed to OC if that was a part of their previous training)
